Visa Technology Traineeship Program (2024 intake)

Job Description and Responsibilities:

We are recruiting for the Visa Technology Traineeship Program, a 12-month work-based learning and development program. The program brings the benefits of Visa’s expertise and ubiquity in payment and payment network technology to early career starters seeking to develop their skills and expertise in this area.

Featuring classroom and on-the-job training, you will gain a solid understanding of the payment industry, across traditional, eCommerce and FinTech players.

You will need to complete a bridging course as part of the pre-requisites for the program. You will need about 2 to 4 weeks and industry recognized badges will be awarded upon completion. The online courses are free of charge. Completing the bridging courses and passing an assessment will lead to an interview to determine your role in the traineeship.

You will have the opportunity to train in various Tech roles to be determined if you are offered a role in the program. As this traineeship requires full-time commitment for 12 months, our trainees will receive a training allowance between SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,000 per month (depending on experience) in addition to CPF contributions and days off.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Singaporeans and Singapore PR

  • Able to join full time in 2024 - details of exact start date will be updated by mid-February 2024.

  • Committed to completing the bridging course

  • Higher NITEC, Diploma or University Graduate
