Executive - Sales Development

Responsibilities:

Sales Development:
Country focus: Pan Regional, ID, TH, PH, SG, MY, VN and other territories like Cambodia, Myanmar and Brunei
All available platforms (Digital and Linear TV)

  • Provide pre & post-sales support for the territory team
    • Deliver timely and accurate availability lists in accordance to licensing guidelines to optimize sales opportunities
    • Interpret license deal terms, record deal information accurately to trigger all post-sales activities
    • Enter and amend licensing deals into systems
    • Prepare program summaries for internal office and client’s approval
    • Secure approvals from Sales and Finance teams prior to releasing of the materials to clients
    • Post sales - Manage contracts, materials and payment follow-up

Rights Management:
Countries focus: ID, TH, PH, SG, MY and VN

  • Deliver timely and accurate availability lists and sales history to the DTC programming team
  • Work closely with US rights management team to ensure data accuracy
  • Work closely with the DTC team and Materials Prep team on title availability/product information
  • Keep track of D+HS titles rights in/out and maintaining Rights Management master tracking lists
  • Enter and maintain DTC titles into the relevant systems

Basic Qualifications:

  • Self-driven and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership of his/her role
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with departmental colleagues and cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with and understanding of TV / media industry preferred but not mandatory
  • Comfortable working with systems and data entry, excellent with Microsoft Excel, competent with Microsoft Word
  • Adheres to defined business processes, taking opportunities to improve business processes where available
