Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide reporting and strategic analytical support for Singtel Wellness team using analytical tools including SQL and Google Analytics, and work closely with another key stakeholders including analytics teams and IT to deliver the above
  • Develop data-driven insights and present recommendations to guide key executive decisions, drive revenue and performance improvements, and drive product improvements e.g. in app & web UI design and flow / content
  • Define, create, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to aid in decision making and overall strategy to drive rapid growth of users and high engagement
  • Analyse marketing landscape and competitive activities in the Wellness space
  • Able to translate and communicate data business requirements and jargon into non-technical and laymen terms

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent problem solving, quantitative and logical analysis, keen business sense combined with ability to collect and organize data, analyze and formulate insights, present and deliver recommendations to influence product and business decisions
  • Competency / experience with analytical tools including Google Analytics, SQL, Excel modelling, VBA and Tableau
  • Ability to tell compelling, data-driven stories or insights based on large, complex data sets
  • Excellent business communication and collaborative skills
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Experience creating polished data driven presentations for executive and board-level consumption
  • Experience with marketing-related campaigns and social listening tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Meltwater, Sprinklr, AppsFlyer) is a good to have
