The successful candidates will be part of the Marketing & E-Commerce team in the Singapore Sales office.

Job Description: 

The successful candidates will be part of the Marketing & E-Commerce team in the Singapore Sales office. There are currently 2 open positions under this area and you will be considered for either one of the following roles:

1. Social and SIA Website

  • Execute creative social and digital media initiatives/ideas to engage a wider reach of customers
  • Support the team to grow digital & social presence in Singapore by planning & executing creative initiatives/ideas
  • Creation of social posts to support all campaigns
  • Assist to track and monitor social engagement campaigns’ results
  • Contribute content ideas to increase the awareness of SIA in digital space to drive conversions on SIA website and SQMobile
  • Support E-Commerce activities
  • Creation and ensure the accuracy of all pass through fares, landing pages and transaction flow on SIA website and SQMobile for all campaigns
  • Liaise with Head Office on SEM buys o Optimising landing pages for SEO
  • Execute media and creative plans to support all social and digital advertising campaigns
  • Special projects and administration
  • Design simple artwork or creative layout to support sales and marketing campaigns
  • Carrying out any other duties and projects as assigned

2. Targeted Marketing

  • Campaign Management Tool (CMT) Champion for Singapore Sales
  • Preparation of eDM content for all SIA & SilkAir campaigns
  • Setting up of targeted campaigns and sending eDMs using Adobe CampaignMonitoring results of eDMs on a timely basis
  • Launch and set up MARMS/CDW for targeted KrisFlyer promotions
  • Support E-Commerce activities
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of pass through fares, landing pages and transaction flow on SIA website and SQMobile for all campaigns
  • Execute media and creative plans to support all social and digital advertising campaigns
  • Special projects and administration
  • Custodian of passenger sales-ecommerce mailbox
  • Create eDMs to support Corporate Sales initiatives 
  • Design simple artwork or creative layout to support sales and marketing campaigns
  • Carrying out any other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements: 

  • Possess a diploma, preferably in Marketing
  • Experience and interest in digital marketing
  • Strong written communication skills, with a flair for copywriting 
  • Meticulous, with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and ability to pick up new skills
  • Results-focused, good time management with ability to multi-task
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe software for design is preferred but not required
  • For the targeted marketing role, expertise in HTML for email marketing and prior experience with Adobe Campaign will be a significant advantage
