What are my Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Communication Manager for Asia Australia (Asia Pacific + North East Asia) with communication initiatives and the customer excellence program.
  • Organization and management of internal meetings/workshops including liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support with quarterly reporting, monitoring and analysis of Net Promoter Score/Net Satisfaction Index results, touch points and scorecard.
  • Maintenance of databases.
  • Content management for online channels.
  • Track effectiveness/outcomes of campaigns.   

What do I need to qualify for the job?

  • Diploma/University/tertiary student preferably in Mass Communications or Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to write for a range of different channels.
  • Aptitude in using online platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive and “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
