Singapore Warehouse Return and Refund Intern

Job Description:

  • Conduct quality checks for return-and-refund parcels 
  • Resolve seller/buyer disputes
  • Take charge of disposal methods for returned parcels based on parcel types
  • Communicate with external teams for operational excellence
  • Ensure accurate mediations when monetary implications are involved


  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Analytical skills to understand business implications
  • Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and provide value to the company
  • Independent worker and fast-learner with a high level of initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Powerpoint
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
