Singapore Marketing (Community - Livestream, Talent Management) Intern

Job Description:

  • Support the Talent Seller Management team with execution and maintenance of promotional marketing activities for Shopee Live, which provides engagement opportunities for brands, sellers and talents through in-app live streaming
  • Assist in recruitment, profiling and scheduling of Talents for Shopee Live, ensuring that participation details are communicated and fulfilled
  • Establish good relationships and maintain constant communication with Talents
  • Support brainstorming initiatives to boost visibility of Shopee Livestream Talents on Shopee to brands, sellers and stakeholders
  • Assist coordination across different teams and functions (e.g. Marketing, Sales) and external parties (e.g. brands, sellers, etc) for content and execution
  • Assist in administrative tasks and marketing operations, including seller management scope


  • Enjoys working with people, coordinating and managing expectations with counterparts across external Brands/Talents and internal stakeholders under tight timelines
  • Good team player with can-do attitude and a great attitude towards learning
  • Enjoys taking ownership of tasks
  • Reliable and patient, with good time management skills and able to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines
  • Strong communication and writing skills with a good command of English
  • Interest in live streaming and media/e-commerce trends
  • Creative, with an eye for design
  • Only full-time interns will be considered (at least 6 months' commitment period, June/July to December 2022)
