Job Description:

The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence.

What You Will Learn:

  • Analyse cross border performance and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures
  • Monitor operational KPIs and identify pain points for sellers and buyers, providing recommendations on areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. BD, Marketing etc) to understand local processes and ensure sufficient exposure for cross-border sellers and products
  • Coordinate cross-border campaigns
  • Liaise closely with Key Account Managers to onboard new sellers and obtain sellers’ feedback
  • Send out daily status updates to the team on performance and upcoming activities

What We Look For:

  • Currently studying in a recognized insitution
  • Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
  • Strong oral and written communication skill
  • Creative and innovative approach to solving problems
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
  • Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
  • Strong proficiency in Excel is a must

Time Period:

  • Please state your availability clearly in the comments section (Start date, End date, part-time or full-time)
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
