Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Source for business clients and potential candidates to work with through market research.
  • Identify potential candidates on the possible suitability of jobs given by clients through the different online platforms
  • Conduct Interviews on potential candidates for clients
  • Coordinate Interviews between client and the candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and clients throughout their journey here with us.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Possess Strong Communication and Negotiating Skills
  • Confident Individual with good attitude towards self-improvement
  • Experience in People Management and take pride in representing our clients
  • Able to multi-task and love fast-working environment
  • Prior experience is not necessary
