Job Description:

  • Develop risk models to support the risk management of financial products for consumers or small and medium-sized enterprises; Be responsible for model design, deployment, performance monitoring, and ongoing iteration
  • Analyse massive data in terms of user information, e-commerce transactions, etc. for feature engineering
  • Work closely with risk and business teams to convert business requirements and business logic into model driven solutions
  • Explore cutting-edge methods for data mining and modelling, and continuously improve model performance employing the new methodologies


  • Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, and other related fields
  • Solid understanding and hands on experience of machine learning models such as boosting trees, regression models, etc.; good sense in feature engineering
  • Proficient in SQL, Spark, Python, etc
  • Eager to learn, passionate, team oriented, and self-driven
