HR Associate - Recruitment

As a recruiter of Corporate Lab team, the company’s R&D department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process here. You are required to have a strong ownership and passion for finding top talents, as well as bring a good interview experience to the candidates.

Job Description

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process in Corporate Lab
  • Partner closely with the project teams in Corporate Lab to understand the recruitment needs
  • Establish effective talent pipelines, and initiate sourcing through all channels to fulfill the hiring needs of the department
  • Work closely with the headhunter partners
  • Build up and manage the relationship with campus and other outside organizations
  • Initiate other potential activities to improve the branding, hiring efficiency, productivity and candidate experience

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from one of the recognized universities
  • Passionate about human resources and recruitment related fields
  • Basic knowledge and understanding in the internet industry
  • Expertise in talent search techniques, experience with market research and talent mapping
  • With outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to conduct a great teamwork
  • Fast learner, able to work both with ambiguity and minimum supervision
  • Ethical, flexible and responsible, show great ownership to job and good interpersonal skills to people
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (preferred)
  • Both experienced and fresh graduate candidates are welcome to apply
