Job Description

  • Assist in managing office facilities, inventory and vendors
  • Ensure high standards of employee services and resolve daily issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and implement changes in people-related operations to support business growth in the region
  • Deliver excellent employee services during new hire boarding and all people-related processes
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • 1-2 years’ experience in HR Services / Office Management is advantageous
  • Passionate about people, culture and service
  • Strong execution and coordination skills
  • Responsible, self-driven, and committed
