Job Description

  • Drive continuous improvement HR projects for the region
  • Coordinate and implement changes in people-related operations to support business growth
  • Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to develop and streamline HR operation processes
  • Develop HR data analytics for management and regulatory reporting
  • Utilize data and insights to scale existing processes for growing and/or changing user needs

Job Requirements

  • A degree from a well-regarded university with good academic credentials
  • Stellar people and project management capabilities
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving and result orientation
  • Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
