Analyst / Senior Analyst, Network Planning (Scheduling)
Job Responsibilities:

Perform and coordinate schedule changes with other departments to ensure that all passengers are notified in time and that all relevant stakeholders are informed about the schedule change

Ensure that schedules are correctly loaded into various downstream platforms

Handle passengers' re-accommodation based on established SOP and troubleshoot issues as and when they arise

Resolve system related issues, including providing business case for required enhancements

Regularly update and distribute operational and marketing schedules to internal and external stakeholders
-
Keep updated and share with team on system functions and process changes that can help with scheduling work
Job Requirements:

Prior work experience in an airline network planning /scheduling related work will be an asset

Experience using Navitaire or other schedule management systems preferred but not mandatory

PC literate with strong skills in MS Excel

Exceptional analytical and communication skills

Able to solve problems and work independently within a fast paced, target driven environment

A mature team player who is able to work well with other departments and stakeholders
