Role and Responsibilities

Your role encompasses all areas of room reservations (but not limited to):

  • Handles reservations-related enquiries, tasks and reports
  • Accurately and efficiently process room reservations made from various channels
  • Maximise room revenue through upselling
  • Create GREAT experience for our guests by ensuring their requests are communicated timely to relevant departments for necessary actions
  • Provide support when necessary to the Sales & Marketing team

  • Prior experience in hotel/ travel industry with knowledge in Opera system will be advantageous
  • Working Hours: Day rotating shifts; From 8.00am to 4.00pm / 10.00am to 6.00pm. (Duty roster planned by manager)
  • This role requires you to work on alternate Saturday and/or Public Holidays (off in lieu will be granted)
