Your tasks:

Send RFQs to the supplier and track responses

Receive quotes and update the TPx working templates in Excel

Creating/checking/verifying mass upload Excel templates read for SAP

Checking information received against systems (PDM, SAP)

Creating Info Record/ Source List profiles in SAP & updating as required
Your qualifications:

Confident in communicating with internal and external contacts
