Key Account (Intern)

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop & Maintain Sales with existing company accounts.
  • Meet top-line and bottom-line targets with these clients.
  • Formulate short term and long-term sales plans to grow the business.
  • Up selling and cross selling.
  • Monitor and ensure smooth operation of each account handled and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new and potential opportunities on a regular basis.
  • Building the “Rhenus” brand.
  • Visit to customers on regular basis.
  • Sharing market information with the sales team.
  • Coordinating with Operations team to ensure good service level to the controlled accounts.
  • To participate regional/global account synergy programs and sales campaigns.
  • Provides timely and detailed reports/ pipeline/ sales leads in the correct format in the CRM system.
  • Remain updated with the market changes and continuously upgrade oneself.
  • Any other job assigned by Superior.
