Key Account (Intern)
Job Responsibility:
- Develop & Maintain Sales with existing company accounts.
- Meet top-line and bottom-line targets with these clients.
- Formulate short term and long-term sales plans to grow the business.
- Up selling and cross selling.
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of each account handled and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Identify new and potential opportunities on a regular basis.
- Building the “Rhenus” brand.
- Visit to customers on regular basis.
- Sharing market information with the sales team.
- Coordinating with Operations team to ensure good service level to the controlled accounts.
- To participate regional/global account synergy programs and sales campaigns.
- Provides timely and detailed reports/ pipeline/ sales leads in the correct format in the CRM system.
- Remain updated with the market changes and continuously upgrade oneself.
