Job Responsibilities:

• Actively participates in the veterinary preventive medicine program collecting specimens and running clinical diagnostic analysis in the clinical diagnostic laboratory
• Prepares daily medications and instrumentation for veterinary medical procedures
• Assists veterinarians during medical procedures
• Performs habitat’s water sampling and water testing
• Maintains professionalism and confidentiality

Job Requirements:

• Has a Diploma in Veterinary Technology, Veterinary Bioscience or Pet Care and management
• Job experience not required, but experience in the field or work record of consistency preferred
• Rostered and shift work, able to work on a flexible schedule
