Responsibilities

  • Understand mid to long term strategies to drive consumer behaviour, and use this information to drive customer spend and visits;
  • Provide analysis for marketing activities including projection of revenue & profit, and post-mortem analysis of marketing campaigns;
  • Assist in forecasting and measurement of KPIs in collaboration with key stakeholders and Finance department;
  • Research on competitors activities around SEA and NEA region and recommend counter activation as required;
  • Support various Business Units in research and survey projects, and various customer experience-related projects;
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in related fields
  • Meticulous and numerate with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
