Trainee IT Researcher / Recruiter
In this role, you will work with seasoned consultants who are well established in the search/ recruitment industry. We thrive in a flexible, fast paced and results orientated culture that focuses on delivering results to both our clients and candidates.
- Active search for candidates through database search, and various job / headhunting portals etc.
- Identifies and attracts potential candidates using sourcing tools, including social media, networking, referrals, and advertising
- Proactive client and candidate management
- Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our clients’ brand, ensure we attract the best professionals.
- Build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
Requirements and skills
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Minimum 6months of IT recruiting experience or possess industry knowledge in Information technology will be an advantage.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into recruiting priorities, strategies, and plans
- Eager to excel in sales environment, demonstrated passion for service excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
