Prudential encourages continuous training and learning opportunities to ensure employees are kept up to date with changes and trends in the insurance industry and as part of their career development. Training sponsorships are granted for non-tertiary and/or tertiary programmes as identified in their annual development plans. Awarding of sponsorship may also apply to part-time education which covers graduate diploma, graduate/bachelor degree and Master’s degree (MBA).
