Sales Development Representative


We’re Osome - an international Fintech startup making the lives of entrepreneurs easier. We use machine learning (AI) and complex algorithms to automate accounting, tax, company formation, and other tasks. We have helped over 9,500 businesses kick admin, accounting and bookkeeping out of their day-to-day, so they can spend more time on what's important to their business.


Our team stretches across 5 countries and is composed of 500 amazing employees, and we’re still growing! In 2021 we raised $16m Series A funding to continue our exponential growth, with ambitious goals and objectives in place for 2022.


As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing market opportunities by contacting the key decision makers through various channels for prospecting. You are not afraid of rejections and have the tenacity and ability to turn every rejection into a potential and prospective lead.   • Cold calling customers through database provided by organization
  • Generate new leads from other available platforms like, Social Media (Facebook, Linkedln, TikTok Business e.g.), Advertisement, Forums e.g.
  • Gather interest from potential customers by identifying their needs
  • Arrange the next call for action with customers before handling leads to Sales Team
  • Ensure call activities conducted are in line with the Quality standards and with full adherence to regulations
  • Updating of outdated information in database
  • Occasionally involved in gathering new contacts to add-on for current database


  • Ideally 1-2 years experience in lead generation
  • Involve in projects to create ideas for lead generation
  • Understanding of the SaaS software sales model / ecommerce businesses and bookkeeping & accounting services will be a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent relationship building skills with many different types of customers.
  • Consultative B2B sales approach and an excellent objection handler
  • Training will be provided
