Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Partner the HR Relationship Managers in providing generalist HR support in various administration and engagement activities
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status
  • Report on headcount movements and trends
  • Perform analysis on various HR metrics: retention, turnover and internal mobility rates, internal surveys and other employee engagement initiatives
  • Prepare presentation decks for communication of new policies & system roll out
  • Provide ideas and support for employee engagement activities to enhance employee experience
  • Participate in ad hoc HR initiatives and projects
  • Coordinate training and meetings



  • University graduate in any discipline;
  • Some HR experience will be a plus;
  • Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Energetic, driven, with a keen Interest in HR trends and best practices/ policies;
  • A great service mindset;
  • Resourceful, aptitude for learning new skills.

To support the team of Human Resources Relationship Managers, in partnering and rendering support to a Business Division in all Human Resource functions, including and not limited to recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, as well as other organisation development work.
