To support the team of Human Resources Relationship Managers, in partnering and rendering support to a Business Division in all Human Resource functions, including and not limited to recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, as well as other organisation development work.
You will assist the Head, Strategic Planning & MIS in several business areas.
You will be responsible for helping to review and creatively refine the Bank's customer-directed communications, especially digital (such as screens) and correspondences. You will also responsible for editing the Bank's in-house digital communications. He/she will work with various stakeholders to ensure the quality and consistency of said content.
Prepare and improve MS Powerpoint slides for presentation to senior management
Assist in the building and testing of the CT data architecture
Research and prepare briefs on best practices or regulatory developments
Preparation of client pitches and daily market updates
Assist with eCommerce Team daily BAU systems monitoring
Assist in compulsory courses tracking on daily basis
Assist in periodic production of P&L and Risk and position reports
