Job Description

You assist in the establishment of safety policies and management of safety issues within the training institute. On this, you craft the institute's safety policies and safety-related directives and instructors, conduct regular inspections and visits to units to determine safety compliance, as well as carry out safety investigations when necessary. You also serve as the principal safety trainer and educator of the training institute by conducting internal courses and disseminating safety observations and lessons learnt to all the units. Your challenge lies in the ability to institute a strong and continual safety culture at each level of command, beginning with self-responsibility by the individual soldiers.

Requirements

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with prior work experience in workplace or training safety management.
