Job Description

You are responsible for establishing long-term, strategic relationships between MINDEF/SAF, business associations and companies to enhance employers' support for National Service (NS). On this, you develop and manage a database that populates data from various sources to analyse and propose appropriate strategies to improve the SAF's outreach efforts. You also plan and implement initiatives and engagement activities for employers to create awareness, build affection and support for National Service. Your challenge lies in establishing new engagement touch points with employers, and ensuring a healthy relationship between MINDEF/SAF and the employers.


You must have a tertiary qualification with at least 2 years' of experience in data management. You must be well-versed with Microsoft office software and is an advanced user of ACCESS and EXCEL, and preferably trained in SAP software.
