Job Description

You design and drive the strategic planning processes and execute organisational performance frameworks for departments in the Defence Management Group in MINDEF. You regularly monitor, review and report organisational performance to management, and make recommendations to improve the performance frameworks. Additionally, you drive strategy communications to enhance awareness and alignment to the organisational goals and strategies. Your challenge lies in keeping abreast with emerging trends and developing business strategies to enhance business performance.


You must have a tertiary qualification, with experience in strategy planning and development. Possession of good communications, presentation and writing skills, along with good statistical knowledge, is essential.
