Job Description

You are responsible for the assessment of the unit's training system and technology. On this, you review the unit's training system through defined KPIs, and the quality of the unit's work processes. You also assist in evaluating the performance of training coaches in the unit, and recommend changes to training design so as to achieve the desired training performance standards. Your challenge lies in being cognisant of the latest and evolving developments in training development and analysis, and working effectively under high tempo. You may occasionally be required to support outfield exercises.


You must have a tertiary qualification, with relevant work experience in training development and analysis.
