About the Customer Facing Technology Roles
Taking on a customer facing technical role, you’ll get to grips with the world’s most advanced technologies, see new products come to market and introduce cutting-edge technology solutions to our customers. We have some of the world’s biggest companies as clients. If you like the idea of developing technical solutions to help them overcome their business problems, this is the role for you.
 
Example roles include but are not limited to; Consultant, Customer Engineer, Project Manager
  • Customer Engineer
Customer Engineers (CEs) are deep technical advisors supporting Enterprise customers to deliver unique value by removing blockers to consumption within their given Solution Area. CEs provide technical support including risk assessments and tuning to operate and optimize a customer’s cloud or on-premise environment. The Customer Engineer provides support delivery services as well as technical readiness through a Customer’s Support contract via dispatch by the account team. Customer Engineer services can be delivered either remotely or on-premises.
  • Consultant
As an Associate Consultant, you implement, develop, and architect effective solutions while working directly with customers.You use your software expertise to help ensure that our customers get greater business value from our world-class technology.You also grow your own expertise in platform and industry solutions and strategic technology consulting. If you want to have an immediate impact with real-world implications, this a great place to start
  • Project Manager
Work within a matrix organization to deliver a product /service /solution.The Project Manager is an Individual Contributor & has no direct reports, who leads the project for the duration of the project and has dotted line review and development responsibility for the related project team. The Project Manager role reports to the Delivery Manager.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Fresh university graduates from Masters (non-MBA), Bachelor's degree
  • For Masters (non-MBA), Bachelor's : Have less than 2 years combined (full-time) professional work experience graduating between August 2020 to June 2021
  • Passion for the technology and innovation
  • Seeks opportunities to learn new methods, procedures or techniques
  • Evaluates & builds solutions based on customer perspective
  • Good understanding of the relationship between technology and business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
