Business Graduate Programme

Programme start date: 5 June 2023

Our Business Graduate Programme provides the ideal springboard for an exciting and meaningful career in global financial markets.  

To be eligible you must be a final year undergraduate or Masters student and have completed all the requirements of your course before June 2023. You should ideally be on track for a GPA 3.0, 80% or equivalent in any subject area. 

During your time with us, you will have the opportunity to explore potential career paths by working in the Post Trade division.

Recruitment Process: We operate a rolling recruitment process with assessment centres starting from March 2023

  • The first stage of the recruitment process involves a review of your CV and motivational statement.
  • Should you pass the initial screening stage, you will be invited to complete an online test to help identify the skills and behaviours you’ll bring to the role. It includes some questions on how you would describe yourself, how you typically approach tasks, and a short cognitive ability test.  
  • The next step is a telephone interview where we will test your motivations for the role as well as some of our key competencies.
  • The final stage is an assessment centre which involves a number of different types of exercises – further information is provided at the point of invite.

Please note, all our assessment centres will be run virtually this year.
