What will you do?

The regional e-merchandising executive supporting both Active Cosmetics Division (ACD) and Consumer Product Division (CPD) will contribute to the ecommerce acceleration of one of our leading brand within the consumer products division. She/he helps maximize beauty experience and conversion with a clear understanding of the beauty customer journey through the right creative design, UX, and inspirational content.

You will:

  • Optimize sales performance through data analysis and online products placement management while optimizing customer experience.
  • Be responsible for maintaining of one our top brand look-and–feel in all our Shop in Shop across the region and ensures that they are refreshed with a clear and consistent seasonal and/or activity message according to the regional marketing calendar.
  • Creation of visual assets (onsite banners, EDM, product images)
  • Work with internal and regional marketing stakeholders to ensure brand and product assets are given promptly
  • Work with e-distributor and platforms to ensure all assets (images, descriptions, product info, pricing) are uploaded in an accurate and timely manner
  • Define shopper content needs by e-retail cluster (Lazada, Watsons, Guardian, Shoppe etc.) and category, and keep them updated over time: product catalogue navigation, user experience, on-site search, product assortments, editorial content; including (but not limited to) enriched product information, product visuals, product link sells, product launches
  • Drive sales, conversion, margin, inventory turn, site optimization and manage web KPI (category conversion, Average Order Value, abandon cart, etc.)
  • Drive business results by leveraging web analytics: oversee website analytics data to control best product placement online
  • Provide feedback as necessary to involved stakeholders (such as Sales, Ecommerce, Marketing, etc.) 
  • Merchandise website products based on current and forecasted sales objectives, key seasons, and website selling data 
  • Maximize sales performance through analytical data and product placement on the website Realize online competitive intelligence to maintain the brand’s competitive advantage
  • Monitoring and analyzing traffic, sales and volume growth, deep dive to identify sub-categories and customer journey to optimize experience and sales growth with the support of our eMarketing team.
  • Monitor E-commerce trends, interesting initiatives, and competitors’ best practices

You have:

  • Experience in retail merchandising and display related field 
  • Certificate or diploma of Graphic Designs or Visual Merchandising related discipline
  • Ability in using graphic designing software i.e. Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop/ Freehand in both PC and Mac platforms 
  • Creativity to conceptualise strong creative ideas for marketing materials
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and comfortable with field work
