What is this programme about?

The Management Associate Program (MAP) is designed for the Lazada Group to provide an unparalleled opportunity for highly entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and ambitious young graduates to revolutionize the online shopping and selling experience in South East Asia.  A tailored and structured development track will provide a springboard to develop key technical and managerial skills, knowledge and encourage a network of contacts to enable a successful career with us.

Program Outline

The program is designed to provide you with maximum exposure and depth of learning within each pillar of Lazada Group’s business. As an MAP, you get to choose 3 rotations out of the 5 options available i.e. Commercial, Marketplace, Customer Experience, Marketing and Logistics. Each of these rotations will be a maximum of 8 months experience of  real hands-on day-to-day business challenges and projects to develop your technical and general management skills in the areas of interest.
MAPs will be hired for a 24-months contract to accelerate their discovery of the Lazada Group and the exciting e-commerce industry. Upon successful completion of the program, the candidate will be offered a Senior Associate/Manager role in Lazada.
MAPs will have regular interactions with our C-level executives as part of the mentoring and career coaching.

Who are we looking for

  • Fresh graduates or graduates with less than 2 years of working experience.
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field with a CGPA of no less than 3.4  (2nd Honours Upper).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English (Spoken & Written).
  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
