PMO Analyst
Job Description:
To lead planning and execution of projects relating to both warehouse and transport operations improvements and long term strategic business planning. Partner stakeholders from different departments to drive discussion on operations performance, and brainstorm potential areas of improvements
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform detailed analysis to support business case for project proposal
- Drive discussion with stakeholders on project requirements and implementation
- Responsible for end to end process of project management including analysis, brainstorm, proposal, planning, implementation, monitoring of performance
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Monitor progress of projects development
- Stay up to date on operations performance and key initiatives in both groceries and general merchandises business

Job Requirements:
- Highly proficient in SQL
- Degree certified preferably in computer science, operations or supply chain
- Knowledge in VBA is advantageous
