Job Description

The Lazada Product team, led by Chief Product Officer (CPO), is a team composed of over 200 members across Product Management, Product Operations, and User Experience Design areas. Together with business stakeholders, they define and design all aspects of Lazada's platform: from customer-facing functionality and seller-facing interfaces to tools that support our internal operations. The team is chiefly based in Singapore and Shenzhen, with numerous outposts including Hangzhou, Beijing, Guangzhou, Bangkok, and Ho Chi Minh City.

To support the long-term growth of both the team and the company, we are looking to provide the opportunity to a small number of Junior Product Operations Managers.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, determined, and gritty, yet humble and able to reflect on their own performance.

As a Graduate Product Operations Manager, you will:
  • Maintain the catalogue, brand, and product, setup the best-in-class data asset
  • Design the metrics to measure catalogue quality and establish best practices
  • Develop framework to optimize and curate process automation via catalogue self-service tool
  • Identify and leverage best practice in the market to automate product catalogue information filling process
  • Governance the catalogue and attribute structure defined by category managers, and drive category manager to fuifilll catalogue operation strategy
  • End-to-end management and accountability of catalogue to drive relevancy, cleanness of category attribute value data
  • Manage catalogue related project
  • Define / Execute catalogue operation strategy and roadmap, work closely with product and tech team to implement it
  • Able to get your hands dirty on executing catalogue changes as BAU task without disruption to buyers, sellers or internal teams and systems
  • Work with key stakeholders across organization to drive vision and execution of process

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, marketing or related field
  • Must have Strong data analytics skills (SQL, Qlik, Tableau etc) that enable you to simplify complex problems and evangelize a strategy
  • Digitally-savvy with a passion for growing eCommerce businesses and optimizing the customer experience through catalogue data improvements
  • Ability to manage a variety of stakeholder in a fast-paced organization
  • Willing to travel occasionally within SE Asia & China
