HR Trainee, Compensation and Benefits
You will be part of our Regional HR team, adding your human resource expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence as well as a great Employee Experience
Your Role
Your primary objective will be to support the Regional Head of Compensation & Benefits in all compensation and benefits-related matters to retain, attain and motivate the employees in the Asia Pacific (ASP) region.
Your Responsibilities
- Support in implementing Regional Compensation & Benefits strategy that responds to the business needs and is aligned with Corporate activities
- Support in the annual salary review, bonus preparation and pay-outs, benefits review for the ASP region
- Prepare salary benchmark and proposal for local and international assignees
- Responsible for checking and reviewing monthly payroll
- Work with payroll to ensure timely submission for statutory matters like CPF, IR8A, IR21 etc.
- Responsible for all Compensation & Benefits related surveys, reports and analysis
- Review and ensure continual improvement and compliance in the internal HR, payroll system and processes
- Provide support in all other ad-hoc activities & projects
Your Skills and Experiences
- Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Management
- Have some Human Resource internship experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable with working with numbers and data
