[Keppel Internship Programme 2024] Intern, HR (May - Aug/Jun - Dec 2024)

Job Description:

This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors.

Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes.

This position provides the perfect opportunity for the candidate to be exposed to the engagement, talent management and learning function within the FM & I HR Team.

The intern will be responsible in the following:

  • Implementing programmes to improve employee experience and build a great place to work.
  • Assist on HR communications such as marketing collaterals and videos.

  • Involve in the recruitment, development and engagement of Early Talents such as Management Associates and Interns.

  • Ad-hoc duties and task assigned by HR Team. Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn how to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

  • Develop planning and organizational skills.

  • Collaboration with others and gain experience in leveraging digital technology to strengthen staff engagement.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and execute quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong desire to learn with a high degree of motivation.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint.

  • Technology-savvy. Experience in video editing or social media design will be a plus.
