[Keppel Internship Programme 2024] Intern, Communication Management (May - Aug/Jun - Dec 2024)

Job Description:

This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Communication Management intern at i12 Katong. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the retail business in an ever-changing world. You will be a key member of our team, supporting us in various communication management tasks and initiatives, for example:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to promote retail initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for various communication channels, including social media platforms, newsletters, and website.

  • Support the planning and execution of events and campaigns to drive customer engagement and awareness.

  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to provide insights for communication strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Gain practical experience in communication management within a real estate environment.

  • Develop skills in content creation, event planning, and social media management.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate studying towards a degree in business, communication, marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in technology, real estate, and retail.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for designing solutions.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and can-do attitude. • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Prior experience in communication management, retail, or related fields is a plus.
