Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

A well-rounded academic background

Demonstrated interest in Human Resources – through coursework, internships and/or extracurricular activities

Expected graduation date of December 2025 – July 2026 from bachelor's or master's program

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Basic understanding of key HR trends and issues

Interest in working with data, data analysis, and driving projects independently

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
