We are offering a 12-week structured summer internship programme which will put you through actual projects with plenty of opportunities to learn from your mentor. You will expect to gain insights and experience that will give you an edge when making the next leap in your career. 
As an intern in the team, you will be reporting to the Manager, Project Office. You will be offered the opportunity to gain working experience in compliance and be involved in compliance projects.

Key responsibilities include

Build and develop the Regulatory Compliance Library. The objective of the Regulatory Compliance Library is as follows:

  • Serve as a reference to the key regulations, guidelines and industry standards that are applicable to the business.
  • Set out clear ownership of the obligations and document brief description of the business processes that are relevant to these regulations.
  • Capture the inherent and managed risk level of the identified obligations.
  • Capture specific Compliance Risk mitigation activities and Compliance Risk tracking and monitoring for managing the compliance obligations.

Conduct compliance assurance audit and testing for the following:

  • Replacement of Policies (ROP) and Call Logs to monitor if ROP framework review practices are being adhered to.
  • Common Reporting Standards which is an internationally agreed standard for the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information in Tax Matters.
  • Mandatory Block Leave to ensure adherence to good business practices and in compliance with MAS’s guidelines.
  • Assist in ad-hoc compliance projects as assigned by the supervisor.


  • Undergraduate in any discipline.
  • Meticulous and analytical with good written and verbal communications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
