Employer Marketing & Business Development Intern


You will be marketing customized graduate recruitment and education advertising solutions to employers and recruiters across a range of online and print media products and events.

You will also be able to tag along with your mentor to secure new accounts and liaise with key business partners. You will learn to take on a consulting role for clients, analysing their recruitment/outreach needs and using a solution-oriented sales approach to craft multimedia marketing campaigns that deliver maximum returns.

You will be required to:

  • Promote integrated online and print advertising solutions across a range of HR and education-focused media products
  • Help to secure event sponsorships and  event space for specialized HR events
  • Promote bespoke market research and media creation solutions
  • Plan, strategize, and execute plans to meet sale requirements
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers
  • Develop and assist in digital and marketing pitches to meet business goals
  • Create attractive proposals and solutions that meet client requirements
  • Identify and develop new potential products and business opportunities
  • Create & schedule of eDMs for clients 


  • Professional demeanor and self-presentation is a must
  • Knowledge of HR, recruitment, and employer branding practices is a plus.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, with the ability to write excellent and accurate proposals
  • Able to demonstrate effective brand communication skills
  • Open to working in a dynamic, start-up-sized organisation with quick turn-around time
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work in teams, and strategic-minded
