You will assist the Client Relations Department and guidance will be provided in the following areas:

  • Managing client employer branding campaigns across our range of multimedia products and services. This includes online and print media platforms
  • Liasing with clients for content and ad visuals, coordinate deployment and delivery of client campaigns, as well as track and measure ROI on campaigns
  • Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of client campaigns within our multimedia portfolio
  • Liaise with clients for campaign materials and campaign delivery deadlines
  • Brief and coordinate the work of internal editors and designers
  • Edit and proofread copy for client campaign materials
  • Maintain and manage client campaigns on our websites
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Ensure accuracy of client campaign materials and provide formal sign off
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Coordinate client and partner participation at recruitment events 
  • Excellent customer-facing skills are a must


  • Professional and friendly telephone and email demeanor is a must
  • Keen attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills are a must
  • Prior experience in advertising/media is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic marketing and brand communication principles is a plus
  • Familiarity with web/social media analytics is a plus
  • Open to working in a dynamic, start-up sized organization with quick turn-around time
  • Self-motivated, with excellent teamwork skills (our work is heavily team-based)
