Intern - Technology & Innovation

Why this role:

As the ideal candidate, you will leverage your strong academic foundation in Microelectronics / Device Physics and play a vital role to fuel our research in our Technology & Innovation team. You will work with experts in the field and develop a deep understanding of your assigned project. Your role will play a part in shaping the future with innovation and smart technologies.

What You May Do:

  • Utilizing of advanced physical and electrical characterization methods in the semiconductor industry to collect data on project wafers / devices.

  • Analyzing of data to identify gaps in under-performing devices

  • Proposing of improvement actions to improve device performance

  • Providing and implementing of continuous improvement projects, such as writing of scripts to parse reports, streamlining and automation of testing methodologies.

  • Assist the team to Generate design margins through spice simulations and standard cells characterization

What You Will Need:

  • Education background in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Materials Science / Physics with a strong interest and foundation in Micro-Electronics / Integrated Circuit (IC) Design / Wafer Fabrication Processes / Device Physics

  • Knowledge in big data analysis and use of AI/ML, coding like python is a plus
