Equipment Engineer
Essential Responsibilities:

Support company's production ramp schedule by installing and qualifying new tool.

Collaborate with site teams locally and globally to drive, develop and implement equipment improvement projects to improve equipment robustness and efficiency, cost reduction and reliability of equipment through the CIP (Continuous Improvement Program).

Work with the equipment suppliers, maintenance technicians, and cross-functional teams on equipment PM (preventive maintenance) procedures on assigned tools.

Setup and maintain (FDC) Fault Detection Classification, PM specification, and other quality systems for the assigned tools.

Participate in troubleshooting and task forces as needed. Implement sustainable solutions that prevent recurrence.

Work with cross-functional and cross-fab task teams in knowledge exchange on BKM (best known method) alignment and improvement levers.

Provide training and guidance to Associate Engineers (AEs) to support day-to-day operational requirements.

Opportunities for job rotation and overseas assignment.

Opportunities to file patents, author technical papers for publication and present at local or overseas seminars.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry & Physics
