We are looking for an intern who will take part in the management and delivery of regional medical activities in a dynamic, cross-functional and multidisciplinary environment.

JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for an intern who will take part in the management and delivery of regional medical activities in a dynamic, cross-functional and multidisciplinary environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be required to support and assist:

Perform the following, under the supervision of the Regional Medical Project Manager:

  • Taking part in organization and delivery of GSK external activities (e.g. congresses/webinar), and internal meetings
  • Supporting the quality checks of the medical affairs activities
  • Supporting the medical material review and approval process
  • Supporting day to day management tasks of Regional Medical Project Manager 

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

You will be able to:

  • Obtain an overview of the medical affairs processes, activities, and its position in the Research & Development lifecycle
  • End to end project management life cycle: planning, execution, evaluation and archiving; which covers multidisciplinary skills: time management, finance, communication and quality
  • General scientific and business aspects of vaccine portfolios
