There are three broad items under Health and Wellbeing:

  • Public or Occupational Health service delivery for organisation
  • Health promotion across health domains (Physical activity, nutrition, mental health, travel health etc.)
  • Health communication for delivery of health messages (Design and production of posters, infographics, videos etc.)


You will be able to:

  • Do gap analysis to identify health risks affecting the employee population
  • Apply behavioural change theories in the design and implementation of health programs to promote healthy behaviour among employees
  • Organise and support health wellbeing projects in the organisation
  • Engage stakeholders to improve participation rate for health events
  • Monitor and review outcome indicators for health and wellbeing projects
  • The following essential skills will be developed and mentored:

           - Projects and events management

           - Communication

           - Resource management


We are looking for someone with:

  • Good insights into the healthcare industry
  • Related experience in Public Health or Occupational health (e.g. Minor in Public Health)
  • Familiarity with statistical software and data management
  • Experience in project/event management
  • Able to commit for an internship duration of 3 months or more
  • Basic poster design and video editing skills
