Responsibilities

1) Talent Acquisition - Experienced
You’ll help in recruitment support to manage interview scheduling, tracking of interview feedback, conducting first round of phone screening and shortlisted for junior or temporary positions. You’ll also assist in recruitment partnership to coordinate with outsourcing team to ensure all CV and interview arrangements are accurately reflected and communicated, to facilitate for all test or case study required. Additionally, you’ll support all major recruitment drive and projects such as to help in correspondence or logistics arrangements (as required). You’ll also help in researching on best practices for recruitment process flow and other administrative support.
 
2) Talent Acquisition - Campus
You’ll help to research on and identify best practices for campus recruitment and develop marketing plans to attract top talent which includes conducting benchmarking exercise to identify new ideas and recruitment solutions. You’ll also assist to event organizing and to collaborate with corporate partners (e.g. F&B, venue, corporate gifts) and vendors to plan and execute recruitment events. Additionally, you’ll work with HR business partners to coordinate interviews for experienced hires (as required) and other administrative support.

3) HR Operation and Payroll
You’ll help to create primary records for new hires, support in statutory claims and resignation documentation and assist in re-employment, transfer and PR conversion processes. You will also assist in payslip mailing process and manage claims such as tally and maintenance of claims records. Additionally, you’ll support flow of documents to facilitate ex-employees’ reference check and in change of bank accounts requests.
 
4) Employer Branding
You’ll participate in the planning, coordination and execution of employer branding programs and initiatives across various platforms and functions for ASEAN. Additionally, you will assist in social media strategy, projects and initiatives in Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. You will execute a series of employer branding videos for recruitment marketing and social media. You will also be involved in conducting research in brand and social media

Requirements

We’re looking for people with the following experience:

  • A diploma/degree in Business, Marketing or Human Resources related or currently in your final year of  study.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Prior work experience is not required.
