Our main focuses included:

  • Monitor and influence global product regulations and standards, including safety, EMC, Wireless, environmental and producer responsibility compliance.
  • Govern product regulatory processes across the business;
  • Provide technical market access and sales enablement; and
  • Achieve positive outcomes to product and solution field escalations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Compliance Database: propose a database and perform data analysis (e.g. test results and statements of conformity).  Capable to take ideas and concepts and produce an effective and workable compliance tracking system
  • Assisting with special compliance projects and create SOP and compliance projects on as-needed basis, generate reports relating to compliance for use in reporting Company’s status to countries and regions.
  • Learning compliance certifications and global regulations such as Energy RoHS3, REACH, WEEE, Prop 65  & analyzing regulatory changes and providing a risk assessment of those changes.
  • Draft or revise the compliance policies and monitor the implementation of the policies.
  • Reviewing components and interfacing with external suppliers for compliance data and compiling this data into environmental compliance tool, and gather feedback from stakeholders
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance relevant meeting materials, minutes and filing.  Keep good records of meeting minutes and all regulatory filing items.

Essential Qualifications: 

  • Currently being enrolled in a university degree
  • Background in Science or Engineering degree; environmental expertise or related specialty is a plus.
  • Quick learner with strong communications & analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to manage multi-tasks.
