Dell EMC is currently hiring for sales roles based in Singapore covering the SEA region. Over the course of 2 to 3 years, you will engage in an intense program that will prepare you for long-term success within the Dell EMC Sales organization. Anyone who joins our organization starts as an Associate Inside Sales Rep where you’ll receive premier training from both a technology and sales perspective. It is an exciting time to be in one of the largest technology companies in the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • As well as building business with existing customers, the scope of the role will also include developing relationships with new clients. You will:
  • Achieve targets by selling Dell's range of solutions using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create results for Dell, our distributors and our customers
  • Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders
  • Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives and distributors to acquire new opportunities

Essential Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Good understanding of computer technology
  • Results-oriented team player
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to communicate in Bahasa as this role is required to support Malaysia and Indonesia

Desirable Requirements

  • Some experience selling ICT solutions
