The outreach programme that Cognizant provides allows me to return back to society with my contributions – even on weekends.

A large part of consulting revolves around interactions with clients. Being able to respond swiftly and accurately to clients’ requests anytime and anywhere is really all part of the job.

The most challenging aspect of my job is also the part I love the most: to keep learning new things and mastering new skills to cope with uncertainties in any project.

Mentoring that I received from my managers played a huge part in making me the leader that I am and helped me when I took on the responsibility for building the consulting business in Singapore.

My biggest achievement so far was the research and presentation I did during my first year with Cognizant, where I presented to the CIO of the biggest casino in the Philippines.
