Project Management Intern (Country Launch)


  • We are looking for highly dedicated individuals whom are meticulous in their planning and execution. The person should be able to effectively identify potential opportunities and provide innovative solutions to tackle the problem at its source. As part of the Country Launch PMO, the intern will have opportunity to engage with highly experienced engineers and software developers from all over the world, and take on challenges to elevate the standards of the engineering team

  • The intern will be required to work closely with team members from all domains within the Engineering Department to deliver the outcome of the project on time

  • The intern will have the opportunity to learn about the operation and functions of various Engineering Team

  • Minimal period of 3 months and up to 6 months

  • Role is based in Singapore

  • Capable of building solutions from grounds up that will benefit the whole Engineering Department

  • Allow the application of creativity to provide innovation solution that is key to enable the success of the Engineering Department



  • Project Management: Work with the Engineering Department and the Managers to push initiatives and drive projects; contribute to ideation of solution, construct plans and resource requirement , and execute projects that cut across multiple sectors

  • Strategic Planning: Plan out roadmaps that looks into short term, mid term, and long term that are realistic and employable by the Engineering Department. Collaborate with other departments to integrate the plan and ensure that is success on all fronts.

  • Execution and Monitoring: Take ownership of plans, link up with relevant stakeholders, and execute the plans drawn up. Monitor the progress, take note of areas of improvement during the progress, and intervene at relevant points to improve the progress. Prepare status updates (e.g. dashboard, reports, etc.) to let Manager and Leaderships to be aware of achievements and progress.



  • Under this internship, the person will have the opportunity to (but not limited to):

    • Work with Engineering Experts from various domains to craft team enabling solutions, and form strategic framework

    • Work with Engineering Experts to develop key project deliverables that will benefit the whole of Engineering department

    • Assist in the monitoring of success factors after project implementation"



  • Current students or recently graduates that are looking to further their studies

  • Min 3 months up to 6 months tenure preferred

  • Motivated and able to work with minimal instructions and carve out own methodology

  • Strong organisation ability and capable to having macro view of issues

  • Innovative problem solver, and capable of creative solutioning

  • Capable of understanding engineering and development discussion

  • Willing to take ownership of work and approach the ground talk to the members from other teams to acquire the necessary information
